Use Licence
BGN.MY, Baggiano and jiano grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use its platforms and associated services in accordance with this agreement.
Restrictions
Users may not:
Modify, distribute, resell or sublicense any aspect of BGN.MY, Baggiano and jiano’s services.
Use products provided in a misleading, fraudulent or unlawful manner.
Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract proprietary platform functionalities. (Subject to the nature of the platform, such as Wordpress software being open-source.)
Intellectual Property Rights
BGN.MY, Baggiano and jiano retain full ownership of the platforms, services and proprietary assets. This licence grants usage rights but does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Termination of Licence
BGN.MY, Baggiano and jiano reserve the right to suspend or revoke user access if terms are violated. Misuse, fraud or unauthorised activities may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
